iPhone 15 ios 17.7 Cannot change Auto-Lock display dims out after 30 seconds

I cannot change the Auto-Lock in Display & Brightness. It is ghosted out and the screen dims after 30 seconds. iPhone 15, IOS 17.7 Just bought this phone a few days ago.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15

Go to Settings/Battery and turn off Low Power Mode.
