iPhone 13 lock screen top portion blurred, cannot unblur

The online tutorials failed to mention that iPhone 13 doesn't have an Always On Display. It didn't arrive until iPhone 14 Pro models were released.

As to the blur issue, you need to save the photo you're using as a Wallpaper, by opening the photo in photos, then tap the edit slider bars on the bottom row, then tap Crop, then tap the box in a box in a box icon in the upper right hand corner and you'll see options which starts with Original and slide over until you see Wallpaper and tap Wallpaper. Tap done, then choose the modified photo for your Lock Screen Wallpaper.

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Try restarting your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button until the "Slide to Power Off" option appears, then slide it to the right to turn off your phone. Once it's off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until the Apple logo appears.

After battling for 4 hours with the same issue, I found out that this solves it. Priceless. Thank you.
