My Lock Screen is always dark and blurry. I change my photo, even use a stock photo and it’s always dark and blurry. I’ve tried to do what the internet says to fix it but nothing has worked. I have the newest update. I’ve also restarted my phone and no use. What is going on ?

It appears that you have a Focus turned on. You can check Control Panel and see if one is turned on there. Look for the icon with the crescent moon, if that icon is ...... then you have a Focus turned on. You need to tap on it to turn it off.
