zoom stays on phone after phone wipe

After I wiped my phone fully, to my surprise, in the "Hello Screen" after clicking information icon to get phone information, a pop up came up that zoom is experiencing some sort of error. I do not recall the message exactly, but the shock is that somehow zoom was still around after wiping the phone. Hopefully Apple can figure out what Zoom is doing to remain on the phone even after a phone wipe.

I was just glad that Verizon still gave me a full credit on the purchase of a new phone despite zoom remaining on the phone somehow after a phone wipe.

I used the latest iOS software at the time.
