Hacked iPhone 11
Hi. Phone is being manipulated remotely. Rarely have control over phone. Took it to the store and guy told me it was scratch on screen.
wouldnt not consider anything else. How do I get this phone back?

Nope. Not happening. It’s virtually impossible to hack an iPhone that is not jailbroken.
If the touch screen is damaged and processing non-existent touches, you need to get it replaced.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or take it to an authorized service provider.
