My airbook is less than 2years old running the latest OS. Currently I’m unable get the Split screen view to work. Not sure if it has ever worked. I’ve been to “Desktop & Dock” to make sure that “Displays have different spaces” is checked.
This is about as far as my knowledge will take me. Any suggestions on how to get my split screen back? ~ jwi

I never used Split Screen at all before looking up that article. It may be that you need to have two windows open before using the "green button" menu to tile one of them.
Looks like I failed to mention that I Do select green button on at the top left and then I select right side (or left). Then, when I go to select another app, I get a msg the this function is unavailable. I hve a screen shot but I don’t see a place here to upload it. ~ jw
