Unable to pair Apple Watch to my new iPhone

i can’t pair my applewatch to my new phone cause I don’t know the apple account or password that I used to pair it the first time and I don’t have the old phone that I used to pair it the first time now I can’t pair it to my new phone

I had to get a new phone and now I can’t pair my watch with my new iPhone. I had to change my password for my Apple account because my new phone wouldn’t take my old password, but now I can’t pair my Apple Watch to my iPhone because it won’t take the new password.

The official Apple Support can disable the Activation Lock, if you have proof of purchase/ownership, as explained in this article:
