No internet access despite wifi and cellular data connections?

I have the iPhone 13 Pro, and it has had no major issues up until this morning, at around 4:20 or so in the morning. I woke up to find that all functions that require internet (loading websites, social media, or even searching for things online) are all unavailable. I know it's not an issue with my WiFi or carrier, as I've checked with others with iPhones and Androids alike and have been told their devices work fine. I've searched online, and so far, nobody's had my exact issue. I'd like to highlight that my device shows that it is still connected to a cellular network. It shows any routers I've connected to as connected, but with no internet access.

I have tried a myriad of solutions, including:

  • Restarting my device.
  • Resetting my network settings.
  • Resetting my home router.
  • Toggling location services, WiFi assist, cellular data, airplane mode.
  • Altering my DNS settings.

I can still send and receive calls and texts, but that's the only thing I can do. I can't even access the weather app or maps/the locations of loved ones.

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
