Apple refund to where you can't use it!!

So I play a game online game war games commander I've spent a fair amount on money on it between Google and apple and taken a lot of time to build the account. My account got banned on the 20th I've been trying to get it back I was told apple refunded all money. I checked emails and they have to my apple account all as store credit although there was cash card payments made also when I try to go on to my apple to see what they have refunded cause there's a lot of emails I can't log in cause my account has been disabled I've attempted to redden the account but no joy I've wrote to apple and been ignored so I know have store credit on a account apple will not even let me use cause they put it on a account and banned my account it makes no sense so I've now lost my account that was worth around £1800 and I've been refunded around £500 from apple that I can not even use!! Can people advise how I take this further before I seem legal assistance under the consumer rights act
