How to create a local repo of macOS for OS upgrade

Hi,

Since last week, we have observed high bandwidth utilization during the start of office hours, primarily triggered by macOS devices. We suspect this is related to the macOS 16 update. To mitigate the high bandwidth usage, we plan to create a local repository for macOS updates, allowing users to download the latest updates without impacting internal traffic.

Could anyone assist me with the steps to create a local repository for macOS?

Thank you in advance, Raihan
