The green camera indicator flashing every time I switched apps or returned to home screen

I have iPhone 15 pro and iOS 18.0.

The green camera indicator flashed every time I switched apps or returned to home screen. I removed every camera access right from every app and it still kept happening. What ended it was restarting the phone. But now I am worried what that was about? My battery settings shows that during the pas 24 hours my camera has been in use for 1 hour and 26 mins, but the most I have used it is 30 mins if even that.

Is there any way to see some sort of report on which apps used my camera during that time?
