Hi Everyone,
when I first installed the 10.8. Update I was able to use the new "smooth slomo"-feature. At one point the options vanished from my Retime-Editor and it seems like it's disabled. I can use the old, original Slomo but not the smooth-ai-version. Is there anything I can do to get the feature back?
Im using an iMac Retina 4k - macOS 15.0 and FincalCut Pro 10.8.1.

In any case it's probably not worth using as the improvement over normal slo-mo is minuscule but it utilises tremendous amounts of processing power and produces huge files.
It doesn't live up to the hype.
For best results choose Custom Speed and select Optical Flow.
Not on this mac. You may have seen it on an Apple Silicon mac. It does not work on Intel macs.
I can vouch for this, also. I use slo-mo a lot, and the new Super Slow Motion is garbage. What a waste of programing time and disk space.
