Make certain contacts always ring on loud

Is there a method to have certain contacts ring on loud? For example I have some contacts set to allow notifications when my phone is on Sleep mode, however if the phone is on silent it only vibrates and I wont wake up. Can I somehow have it so only a specific persons calls will come through loudly?
