I do NOT want to change my icloud settings, features. I am NOT interested in the new features and services that Apple is offering. I am happy with my OLD features. The new icloud services / features are NOT wanted. How do I get Apple from FORCING the notification about New Icloud Terms and conditions from showing up on my computer!!

Terms and conditions are something you have to agree with to use the service. It is not forcing features on you.
