iPhone 13 Pro will not turn off
The iPhone 13 Pro works, but I can’t restart it as usual by pressing and holding momentarily the right button. The button works, as it responds as expected with a double click.

What you're doing is NOT how to power down your iPhone. Press and hold the volume up button AND the side power button at the same time until you the option to power off your iPhone.
