I have a Transamerica retirement accout, unable to log in

I spoke with an agent who researched the problem of customers who are not able to log into the online system. I have tried Safari, Chrome, and now Firefox on my MacBook Air M1 with OS 14.6.1 Sonoma. I have had other new issues since updating. I don't like this feeling of being thwarted by the login. I can get access to the account over the phone with a very nice representative.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks,

Anne

Does TA use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAPTCHA which needs some tweaking on their( TA ) part ?

This can be an issue if the Web Browser(S) have some Ad Blocker installed

I have found, sometimes the Ad Blocker will negate or interfere with CAPTCHA making it difficult to log in ( in General )

Also, many Banking, Governmental Services and other Secure Services have implemented their form of a 2FA

Making it Mandatory to use their Websites

I'm having the same experience of not being able to change my password on the Playing for Change website. I play the Songs Around the World while I do housework. Anyway, this might be an Apple security issue.

It appears that Playing for Change has some expired certificates. I got a warning when I tried to go there but was still able to do so once I agreed that I understood the risks.
