Nobody here can tell you if any of the Apple Intelligence features are going to show up on older phones. Although Apple has reserved the right to bring features to additional platforms over the course of the next year, after the beta comes out, they have made no promises.

If your tag line is correct and you own iPhone 12, it's pretty much a guarantee Apple Intelligence won't be an option on your iPhone. For one, the processing power required is only available on iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max and iPhone 16 models. Your phone would need to have 8GB of Ram, which your phone definitely does NOT have.

Whether any features will ever be rolled down, we can't say. But Apple has been very specific in identifying the phone models which will be able to get Apple Intelligence and iPhone 12 is NOT one of those models.

The site lists the devices supported. For the iPhone, it is the 15Pro, 15Pro Max and all iPhone 16's.
