I can’t do anything with my phone can’t swipe it off to reset it can’t unlock it the screen is totally just not responding at all and was working just fine. I have hooked it up to a computer and I can’t force reset it cause I can’t u lock it. Please it was just fine and all the sudden it doesn’t work it’s not wet not screen protector not dirty please help
