Open Notes and try to type Malayalam character 'nga'. This letter used to appear under SHIFT and long press on third key from left on the bottom row. I am on iPhone13 recently updated to iOS18.

It's a bug. Ask Apple to fix it via

nga is still available in the transliteration keyboard (press and hold n)

Thanks for the workaround Tom. Yes. Available on Transliteration keyboard. Not on Inscript keyboard now. It used to be there along with "o" (the anusvara key) by long press.
