remove pics from iphone xs

Hi.

I have single pic in my iphone xs ios 17.7 that I cannot edit or remove . I have no trouble with the remainder but i did not take this pic withy my phone. Instead, I loaded a jpeg from my PC into my phone. All the tips on the web say I must to back to original source, generally expecting that it would have come from a Mac or similar

When I view the existing photos via my PC, the pic isn't visible.

I have also tried via iTunes without any joy.

What I absolutely do not want to do is reset my phone because I will lose the extra apps and my contacts.

Is there any way that I can hide or delete this troublesome pic
