I PURCHASED SONGS IN iTunes AND APPLE MUSIC BUT BOTH iTunes AND APPLE MUSIC WON'T ALLOW ME TO BURN THEM TO CD'S. HOW DO I GET TO DO THIS SINCE I DID PURCHASE THEM. SOME OF THE OTHER SONGS I PURCHASED IN iTunes and APPLE MUSIC DO OK WITH BURNING THEM TO A CD

If you mean Apple Music the service, you cannot burn tracks you play there to a CD. They are not purchased, as tracks from the iTunes Store are, and so are not licensed for anything other than streaming.
If you mean Apple Music the app, to my knowledge that does not support burning to CD. You would need to uninstall those new apps and go back to using iTunes.
