How can I access my iCloud when my iPhone is stolen

If your question is how to access data that you were synchronizing to iCloud, you can do that

• From other devices that were synchronized to iCloud (e.g., an iPad or a Mac)
• Using the iCloud Web interface ( https://www.icloud.com/ )

If your iPhone was stolen and you didn't set up Find My in the phone before it was taken, then there's nothing anyone can do to help. Report it to the police and hope for the best.

And a tip: you are not communicating with Apple when you post here. These are user-to-user forums, read by people world-wide, so posting any sort of personal information such as your Apple ID is a very bad idea. The Community Hosts have removed that for you.
