Series 9 Blood Oxygen App outside USA
I purchased my Apple watch 9 45mm while visiting the USA this year. I live in Ireland. can the blood oxygen app be activeted on my watch?

No, it does not matter where you activate your watch. If bought in the US, the Blood Oxygen app is disabled for now.
