Nebula astrology has charged my credit card for $26.97 without authorization. I never subscribed to them and have notified the credit card company. I am unable to find their website customer service or contact phone Number, pls help.

My credit card has been charged by nebula astrology and I don’t have a subscription with them. And I definitely would never give my credit card information to accompany. I have never heard of.. I cannot seem to find a customer service phone number for nebula astrology. I have notified my credit card company and now they have cancelled my credit card and I have to wait for a new one. I’m ****** off and I need some help. Is there anyone out there that had the same problem and has the information that I need to rectify this problem? It would be really appreciated. Thank you.

There really isn’t anything that anyone can do to assist. Your credit card charges were approved by the bank. Any refund(s) will need to come from the bank or the Payment Network Operator (Visa, MasterCard etc.).


Your credit card information was likely skimmed at an ATM, grocery store, gas station etc. Credit card information is routinely sold on the Dark Web and used to make fraudulent transactions like what you’re experiencing.


Moving forward, file a police report and contact the PNO about possible fraud protection and benefits on your account.
