Payment card verification

Trying to add a credit card to my Apple Wallet, the app says it requires verification. But it never showed a verification screen and now the card appears in the wallet but it is locked and i cannot find a way to verify or use it... the "i" and "Done" buttons are locked. No way to use them... If I get to this screen I have to force shut the app to escape. So at the moment i cannot use this card to pay and i cannot delete it either. What can I do to fix that? Thanks.

Contact the bank that issued the card. Apple is not a bank and cannot verify a payment method. Your bank can remove the card and the associated token. Verify with the bank all your contact information. If you didn’t receive the verification message or email, it’s because your bank didn’t send it or sent it to wrong phone number or email address.
