After updating the other day, there is an alert showing that I need to update my Apple ID info. When clicking the continue button it grays out for a couple of seconds and then just turns blue again and doesn't take me to my Apple ID page.
Any help is appreciated.

Disconnect your Apple Account (Apple ID), restart your Mac and reconnect your account.
Thanks for the advice, unfortunately it didn’t work.
when I enter my password it says an unknown error occurred.
I'm not sure what the issue could be. If no one else joins this discussion to help, I would recommend contacting Apple Support directly.
