I am posting my band's music through the distributor freshtunes. This is the second release that does not appear in Apple music, although the release was released on other platforms without problems. How can this problem be solved? Thanks in advance

Contact the music distributor. If you are paying them for distribution, they need to be able to answer that question. There is a ton of information for you on the Apple Music Artists page.
