Personal Hotspot Iphone 13 Pro Not Showing Up in Wi-Fi Macbook Pro M2 Without Bluetooth

I don't understand why this happens, I turn on hotspot on my cellphone (iphone) but it doesn't appear on my Mac's WiFi, except when I turn on Bluetooth, why does this happen? Meanwhile, when I use Android, the hotspot from the iPhone appears and works properly. Can anyone explain why this happens? Do I have to turn on Bluetooth every time I want to use the hotspot from my iPhone
