The battery health figure can jump suddenly as the device recalibrates itself, as it will from time to time. On average, Battery Health will decline about 1% for every 25 charge cycles, or in normal use about 1% per month, so you can check what your iPhone is showing based on how long you've had it or the charge cycles it's undergone.
