Battery health has decreased drastically after updating to IOS 18.1

After updating my iPhone XR to IOS 18.1 my battery health has reduced from 91% to 4% overnight.Interestingly the battery is draining at a normal rate as when the battery health was 91%Could this be a system glitch?

Yes, this has been noted on several versions. Have you updated to iOS 18.1.1 that was released just 3 days ago? It contains bug fixes and security updates. This may resolve the inaccurate measurement of battery health.
