Unable to check battery health in iPhone 16 Pro

Just got my iPhone 16 pro but I found I can’t check the battery health. It keeps loading. Anyone else have the same issue?

Try to force reset your iPhone as shown below ⇢

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
