Viewing a movie in Apple tv+?

I searched for a movie within appletv +, found it. Then selected it by adding it to my Up Next. It showed up under "Up Next", states:recently added. I then clicked on it to watch it but it doesn't play. Only the trailer plays but not the movie.

How do I get the movie to play so I can watch it?

I looked on my subscription page and it has me listed as a subscriber too.

That is not Apple TV+ content. It is available on Tubi. You need the Tubi app to access the films.

You can buy those movies on Apple TV, but the subscription does not let you watch them. There is a vast library of movies/shows that you can purchase or rent including new releases that can be found in the theaters, but the Apple TV+ subscriptions is only for Apple content. Like I said, to see just the content provided with your subscription, choose the Apple TV+ menu bar.

The same is true for other streamers and even my Xfinity cable, where some content is included in my service and other content I have to pay for or have a subscription to a different service in order to watch it.

What is the name of the Movie?

Having an Apple TV+ subscription does not give you access to watch every movie. It only allows access to Apple Content. You can view only the Apple content by choosing the Apple TV+ menu. There are many other movies that are available for rent/purchase or to watch with a different subscription service that you would need to be subscribed to.
