I searched for a movie within appletv +, found it. Then selected it by adding it to my Up Next. It showed up under "Up Next", states:recently added. I then clicked on it to watch it but it doesn't play. Only the trailer plays but not the movie.
How do I get the movie to play so I can watch it?
I looked on my subscription page and it has me listed as a subscriber too.

Having an Apple TV+ subscription does not give you access to watch every movie. It only allows access to Apple Content. You can view only the Apple content by choosing the Apple TV+ menu. There are many other movies that are available for rent/purchase or to watch with a different subscription service that you would need to be subscribed to.
That depends if the film has been released and if the content is available on a streaming service to which you subscribe. If it’s Apple TV+ content, simply select play.
Hello I did and only the trailer plays. Not the movie. It just goes back to selection of how to watch the movie. Having a subscription does qualify to watch the movie which I have. I guess I should contact support.
