How to get bank App not to use iPhone built-in QR Scan but use third party App ?

I am finding third party QR Scan App recognizes a FPS QR Code but not my bank App which I assume is using iPhone built-in QR Scan functionality.

iPad mini 6, iPadOS 18

they added functionality or
buy newer iPhone which I assume has better QR scan than 5 years old iPhone.

is it possible to find which numbers among the output of third party scan App are FPS ID ? Is there security issue interpreting numbers from QR Scan App?
