I can’t hear media while on a call

When I’m on a phone call media volume turns way down to a point where I can’t hear it. The call sounds fine but YouTube and TikTok are out of the question and I can’t adjust the media volume, only the call volume. This is very frustrating because I’d like to watch videos or listen to music while on a phone call. Is there any way to fix this?

Low phone call volume I am having low phone call volume issues on my 12 pro max since the update. Does anyone have a solution?
