How to add ur acess card to wallet?

I need instruction on getting ways to add my key card to my Apple wallet just because it keeps getting lost and getting new and also gets lost so I said why can I just keep it on my iPhone.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

The company that issued the key card needs to have an app or website that supports adding their key cards to Apple Wallet.
