Why can't I get apple tv plus on my Samsung S22 any longer? I have an active subscription and can receive apple tv plus on all of my apple products and my HP laptop.

You should be able to open a browser and find Apple TV+ at the site tv.apple.com.
Apple recommends Chrome or Firefox.
