Not able to turn off stolen device protection

Very very frustrating. What kind of software you develop when it doesn’t recognise my face suddenly to sign into even apple.com or any of the app. I am trying to turn off stolen device protection off but not allowing me to do that. My face id not recognised. Password working but it again ask for faceid and turn on stolen protection again. Tired really. Tried everything suggested by community answers. Nothing works. Please help.
