Unable to use Face ID as Stolen Device Protection won't turn off

Stolen device protection wont turn off & i cant use face ID for anything it wont work at all.

If it brings you in a loop because stolen device protection is activated and can't be turned off without Face ID, as Lawrence mention restore the device with a computer and set up without Face ID. A repair may be needed for your Face ID to be functional again.


You could also call Apple Support to run a diagnostics on your device to try to detect a Face ID issue.
