Deactivate Reminders appearing in iCal - Sequoia

I updated my Mac to Sequoia Sept 26, 2024. At that time, a Reminder populated every day/week/month/year with "Propecia". I have never had anything to do with Propecia - I'm a woman with a full head of hair!

It's "faded out" and I cannot access it to change or delete.

Two questions:

(1) How did it get there?! (Did the update import some hacker's iCal reminder?!)

(2) Most importantly: How to permanently delete this Reminder?

Any assistance greatly appreciated. This is stressing me out to the point where my hair, indeed, may begin to fall out... 😵‍💫
