In my old version ipad air using my new apple id I can't download any appy from app store.But in a computer shop using a old apple id which is mainly used in a update version iphone,then I can download apps form app store.why this problem done?can anyone repair it?

The iTunes Store system only makes older versions of an application available if the account involved has already downloaded it and the developer has left them. Download them from a newer unit first.
