I've tried all the solutions in here and nothing. I have nothing in my plug in folders and I've tried removing the files in the library. It starts but when I try to open a new project, it states the app has not loaded. I've had it on over night and it never load completely. Any advice is greatly appreciated. .

I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour. Then I sent technical logs to the engineers. Had no reply emails from them yet. I just ended up deleting the hard drive and started from scratch. Install the latest iOS and logic and now it’s working again.
make sure you back up anything you want to keep.
Cool. no replies and I have the same exact issue. I guess I'll try re-installing OS?
