On my iPhone 14+, IOS 18, I don’t get the “send later” option when I want to schedule a message for later

Not even if you press the + on the left hand side of the message window. It shows on mine even if I don't type anything for a message on a iPhone 15
I’ve already read this guide. The problem is that on step 2 the Send Later is not available for me to chose.

The only roadblock I can see it not working in that if you are not using iCloud then it won't show.
