Recently I upgraded my MacBook Pro (15", 2016) to macOS Monterey 12.7.6. I always use Time Announcement every quarter hour in customised voice Veena. After the upgrade, this setting shows on screen but has to be artificially redone after every restart for the announcement to happen. How to solve this problem?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
