Itunes on PC converted to Finnish. How to return it to English?

Opened my Itunes app to look at my music library on my PC and it somehow converted to Finnish on its own. I am in the US and only speak English so I have no idea how to restore it to English.

On iTunes' top bar menu, select the second item from the left - (Edit):

from the pop-up menu, select the last item on the list - (Preferences)
on the panel that opens up, stay on the first item on the left - (General):

select your language from the drop down menu as shown above
tap the Okay button. There should be a message informing you that you need to re-start iTunes in order for the language change to take effect, It doesn't matter if you can't read that message, that's what you have to do
