I just updated my series 7 watch to the latest os and the battery lasts almost 30% less than before the update. I unloaded all the running apps and it's still the same. This keeps happening to phones and watches almost at every os updates.. Apple needs to have a talk with their QA and UX heads...

Did you try to unpair it, set it up as a new device and disable the Live Activities as well?
