Apple lightning to HDMI cables A1438 vs MD826. What’s the difference?

As I said in the title I would like to know the difference between Apple’s A1438 and the MD826 lightning to HDMI cables. I want to transmit paid Hulu to a tv when on visits using either an old iPad Air 2 or the iPhone 13 mini to the HDMI input on a tv. I believe most of the cheap adapters available are unable to support paid subscriptions from a variety of streaming services.

Utilizing Lightning to HDMI Adapter for TV after updating to iOS 16.2 I updated my iPad 6th generation to iOS 16.2.. My lightning to HDMI adapter no longer works with my Samsung smart tv.
