I have locked ALL my notes using a password. How do I remove the password? I find information on how to remove the password for 1 note, but not for all Notes.

Unlocking Notes:
To unlock it, you need to unlock it with the password you used to lock it with. There is no way around it. So, if you have a backup, the restore from that backup of the password and see if you can remember that password. See Here: How to Lock Notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
You can't remove it from all of them at the same time. It's possible to lock notes with different passwords.
You'll have to do them one at a time, assuming you know the password you used to encrypt them.
