Blank Screen on Various App Log Ins

when I attempt to log in to apps I have been using a long time (pc express for groceries, cell phone account) in my iPhone SE 3rd Gen, the log in screen no longer populates. This is happening on several different apps. Contact apple support who said it’s an app developer issue but it must be an iPhone issue, since I have been regularly using these apps for years and suddenly all stop working? All apps are subscription apps. Is there a setting on the phone that is somehow blocking the log in screen?

So far I have tried:

full factory reset

clearing browser cache

reinstalling apps after a shut down

changing language on phone

But nothing works. Software on phone is up to date.

Ridding of White App Login Screens:

A. Close All Apps:

An app is likely not responding. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by swipinh up quickly for all apps.

B. Restart your iPhone, Manually:

Go To: Settings
Select: General
Scroll to: the Very Bottom
Select: Shut Down
Slide Finger: to the Right
Wait: 30 Seconds
Power One: the iPhone
Try this Once More

and…

C. Clear your Caches:

Try clearing your System Data (Formerly called “Other”). System Data is no more than caches which are there for your iPhone’s remembrance of how things were recently performed —essentially making them open much and react much quicker.
