iphone 16 pro mail app and Setting app lag and not response

I am using my iPhone 16 pro first day. I am experiencing lags on Setting app and Mail app. I could not move my mails to other folders and see my mails. Setting app just keeps loading on white screen. Things did not improve even though I killed the apps and restarted the apps. I needed to restart my device to get better. It's annoying. Worse than my iPhone 13pro.

Recent updates have caused my phone to slow down. cannot always scroll the screen and select an item - in safari or email. some apps hang like they are waiting to connect before showing me the chat or the bus route whatever it is. and emails are outrageously slow. If I search for an email it will find 5 relevant emails which it shows me and then it refreshes. Then hangs. Before repeating this. meaning I cannot get anything done. it means I need to log into my laptop to view my emails!!! whst on earth has happened and how do I resolve it? this happens on home wifi, office wifi and on mobile. So I don’t think it’s the connection that’s the issue.

IPhone Mail App Slow and Crashes For months the native mail app on my iPhone has been slow to load and often crashes (closes out) when loading mail. It also has to reload every time I click out of it and come back. I have reset my phone, deleted and reloaded the mail app, and have updated to the latest iOS. Any other suggestions?

Apps crashing after updating to iOS 18.0.1 Many of the apps are either crashing, not sending emails, Youtube not been able to be send videos using whatsapp etc. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
