I bought an iPhone 14, gave my iPhone 11 as trade in valued in $120 but I don't see it deducted in the price of the iPhone 14

My iPhone 11 was tested and valued $120 toward my iPhone 14 but after hours and hours of waiting at the Montgomery Mall Apple Store in Bethesda, Maryland , I was exhausted and at the end I pay when the data was transfer from one phone to another. I came back home, (live abroad) and when I see the invoice, I don't see the $120 deducted from the invoice.

I understand how frustrating that must be, especially after such a long wait! The trade-in value is usually applied as a credit during the purchase process, so it should reflect in your invoice. Since you’ve already completed the transaction, I recommend checking your Apple ID account for any updates or contacting Apple Support directly. They can help clarify why the deduction isn’t showing up and ensure you receive the credit for your trade-in.

Troubleshooting Deductions Not Showing Up:

If a transaction doesn’t look right, then go back to the store. These are just user-to-user forums. I traded in my older iPhone, and I got a discount, though I do not see the deduction on my receipt, nor on the shipping invoice. So, it seems just fine to me.

But, these are user user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW). Nor does anyone have any call in transactions So, once again, return to the Apple Store and see where things can go from here
